According to the wills of Fredirich Miller and his third wife Mary Ann Stong, it would appear that she is the daughter of Mary Ann, but not of Fredirich. I have no info on when Delcie was born or when she died.
Fredirich was born 10/18/1814 in Germany and died 5/11/1900 in Dublin Twp., Huntingdon Cty., Pa. He is buried at the Methodist Cemetery in Burnt Cabins. Mary Ann Stong was born in 1864 in Waterloo, Juniata, Pa., and died 12/14/1900 in Dublin Twp., Huntingdon Cty., Pa.
Children born to Fred and Mary Ann were: Olive 3/3/1886, Guy 12/28/1887, Gertrude 8/30/1890, Edith 8/18/1896, and Martha Eunace born 11/18/1897. And they raised Delcie.
