Forreston Editor Dies
Wesley W. Buckley, editor of the Forreston Journal for the past seven years, died this morning, his demise coming after a long illness from rheumatism, although the direct cause was accute dilation of the heart. He was 63 years old.
Mr. Buckley was born in Jo Daviess county, Ill., April 19, 1854. He was a school teacher at Pearl City before he purchased the Pearl City News, which he gave up to go to Forreston. He was married at Forreston July 3, 1912 to Miss Susan B. Mumma.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday morning burial will be at Lanark.
