Born 10 Nov 1918 Hillsboro, IL. Married 14 Sept 1940 in St. Louis . Her husband, Joseph Paul Walker Sr, died 14 Feb 1970
She was librarian for 25 yrs. at Litchfield Carnegie Public Library.. She retired in 1984.
Survived by sons Joseph P. Jr and wife Joy of Oak Hill, CA and Philip H. Walker and wife Barbara of Sheboygan, WI . A sister Barbara Pfeifer? and husband Wm. of Mt. Vernon. Her step mother S. Moomaw of Glen Carbon, IL
