MOOMAW - Richard W. , PhD Of Clarence Center, NY, December 22, 2009. Beloved husband of Vivian B. Moomaw; loving father of David (Ellen), Jim (Joy) and Kathryn Moomaw; grandfather of seven, great-grandfather of two; son of the late Ira and the late Mabel (Winger) Moomaw; brother of David (Jeanne) Moomaw; also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Monday at 3 PM at the Clarence United Methodist Church, Greiner and Strickler Roads, where visiting hours will take place from 1:30 to 2:45 PM. Richard was the Superintendent for the Clarence Central School District retiring in 1990. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK), 814 Goggins Road, Lake George, NY 12845.
