Evelyn Moomaw Wilkes, age 71, of Florence, died Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, at ECM Hospital. She was a member of Petersville Church of Christ.Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 15, 2002, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday, Dec. 15, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. at Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.Officiating at the service will be Sonny Owens and Derrel Davis.Mrs. Wilkes is survived by two sons, Ricky Wilkes, Hazelgreen, Ala., and Byron Wilkes, Florence; brother, Fielder Moomaw, Florence; two sisters, Lillian Murphy and Pearl Holland, both of Florence; and two granddaughters.Pallbearers will be Gene McDaniel, Bob Hanback, Frank Winters, Gene Rogers, Glenn Dupuy and Robert Willis.Greenview Funeral Home of Florence is directing.
