Virgie M. Mumma
Virgie Mae Mumma, 80, died Wednsday, May 23, 1988 at the Fulton County Medical Center. Born in South Fork, PA she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Carrie Buchanan Rouzer. She was of methodist faith. Surviving are her husband, H. Sharpe Mumma; two daughters, Audry Shotts and Dorothy Miller, both of McConnellsburg; three son: John H. Mumma of Fort Littleton: Harry M. Mumma of Chambersburg and Benny S. Mumma of McConnellsburg; two brothers: Charles E. Rouzer of Harrisonville and Joseph Rouzer of Hustontown; three half sisters; Verna Miller of South Ford; Betty Green of Fayetteville, 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; fwo step-grandchildren. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28 at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home. The Rev. James Hollister officiated. Burial was made in Fairvie United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville.
