Solomon was a son of Joseph Mumma, b. 1786, but there is minimal proof. Joseph is found in the 1830 census, but unfortunately, the children's names were not recorded and are only speculated and have not been proved. I also believe that, Mary Elizabeth Mumma, is his sister. They both married in Washington Co., MD within 2 years and are about the same age.).
