Millie May Dugger, 70, of New Market died on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006 at the Life Care Center in New Market where she had been a patient for several years.
She was born Jan. 25, 1936 in Shenandoah County and was a daughter of the late Harrison and Virginia Moomaw.
Mrs. Dugger was a retired health care aide and homemaker. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
She was married to the late Eugene Dugger, Sr.
Surviving are three daughters, Diane Moomaw of Edinburg, Dawn Dessez of Broadway and Carolyn Dugger of Mount Jackson; a son, Eugene Dugger, Jr. of New Market; a sister, Lelia Plauger of Mount Jackson; a brother, George Moomaw of Fla., seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The Rev. Keith Mottley will conduct a graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday in Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery at New Market.
The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Friday evening at the Theis Funeral Chapel in New Market.
