Ebenezer Muma was 5 ft 9 inches tall, dark complexion & eyes gray per his multiple pension applications. He was both a Mexican War Veteran (Co. K. First Michigan Mounted Rifles with service in the battle of Vera Cruz & City of Mexico) and Civil War in Co. G. 6th MI Infantry which became Heavy Artillery & served in New Orleans & Baltimore, among others. (Source - Lawrence Edwin Hough)
