Layman, Lillie, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Moomaw and wife of the late George W. Layman, died in a Roanoke hospital, Va., Nov. 23, 1946 at the aged 83 years. She is survived by four daughters and five grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of the brethren for sixty-seven years. Funeral services were held by her pastor, Bro. DeWitt Miller, at the Troutville church, and interment was in the Daleville cemetery.
